Matthew P releases new video with Match.com

When it comes to soothing casual dating music you cannot get much better than the infectious sounds of Matthew P; which is why it is perfect that Match.com chose to use his new song ‘She Began To dance’ as part of a special collaboration to help advertise the popular dating website.

In fact, by the end of the song you will be convinced that there is a Matthew P waiting on a train platform out there for you, which is frankly not such a bad deal once you hear his voice and see his honest boy next door charming looks.

The new advert featuring the song is the follow up of Match.com’s 2010 advert that was simply titled Piano and showcased the harmony that Match.com helps people find.  In this case, the title is ‘Ukulele’ and is focused on that light hearted moment of joy when the breath catches in your throat and you know you have met someone that you could have something good with.  Of course, this is the very emotion that Match.com promises it will be able to find you which is why the theme is actually a great fit for the dating website.

Directed by Nacho Gayan, the new creative ad is the work of Mother London and features a boy on a train platform lightly plucking on a ukulele attempting to catch the gaze of an attractive girl on the opposite side.  He starts to sing a song about the future the two could have when the train comes and cuts them off and then in a second she is gone.  Of course, all is not lost because in a second he turns to find her sitting beside him having crossed over in a moment that could only be created with the magic of the dating website Match.com.
